RENTAL RULES
1. General Terms
Rental services are available to individuals and legal entities on equal terms. To receive the equipment, a valid identity document must be presented and a rental agreement must be signed.
2. Booking and Prepayment
A prepayment of at least 50% is required to reserve the equipment.
Cancellation without a fee is possible no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
In the event of a later cancellation, the prepayment may be non-refundable.
3. Rental Period
There is no minimum rental period; however, billing is based on full 24-hour periods (daily rates).
4. Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of the equipment:
In cash
By bank card
By bank transfer (by prior arrangement)
5. Security Deposit
Equipment is issued upon signing the rental agreement and presenting a valid identity document.
100% payment for the rented equipment is required at the time of issuance (except for cases where an invoice payment has been pre-arranged).
Providing a security deposit is a mandatory condition of the rental. The deposit amount is specified in the agreement.
The deposit is not a payment for the service, is not subject to VAT (PVN), and is refunded after the equipment is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
The deposit is refunded via bank transfer to the client's account within 1–3 business days.
6. Collection and Return

Business days: 10:00–20:00
The equipment must be returned by 18:00 on the final day of the rental period.
In the event of a delay, an additional daily rental fee will be charged.
Handover outside of business hours is possible only by prior arrangement.
7. Liability
The client bears full financial responsibility for the rented equipment.
In case of damage: The cost of repair shall be covered by the client.
If repair is impossible: The full market value of the equipment must be compensated.
In case of loss: The full market value of the equipment must be compensated.
